Land Transportation Office (LTO) - Paranaque District Office

Went here to process the renewal of my car, it only took me less than 2 hours to complete my task 👍 From the assessment, stencil, payment, and releasing, everything went smoothly. There are also plenty of seats available so I suggest that you visit outside of peak days and hours. You may also buy some snacks and drinks from their guest lounge which is air-conditioned by the way 👌 Every employee I encountered was friendly and accommodating, aside from the male assessor at window 1 🤷🏻‍♂️

I went here to get my emissions & registration for my motorcycle the experience was not to painful I arrived at 9 am & I am back home at 11.15. The facilities are good there waiting for papers to be processed is ok waiting room is air conditioned. Having said that I'm glad it's only once a year. Hahaha. Another visit here this time I needed to change the ownership of my scooter into my name. Unfortunately I was told I did not have the correct bill of sale so it was a wasted journey. So much paperwork needed to do anything in the Philippines. This is my third visit now with the third scooter I have owned. No problems this time my baby passed the emissions test with flying colours.

Very good experience here!! Went to get my car registration renewed. Upon going in, I was directed to the emissions and other testing. I parked, paid for the tests and TPL, waited 45 minutes or so (with 5 cars in line before me), then test was completed. I was guided to go to the next area for LTO registration where I submitted my papers, and in less than 15 minutes called for payment. All done in around 1hr.. highly recommended!! We arrived today at 2:45pm but the guard says cut-off na daw. We weren't allowed to enter the LTO anymore even though cut-off as stated here and across LTO is at 5pm. We are very disappointed with LTO Paranaque branch in Olivares. Now we went to LTO Las Pinas and everything was done smoothly we are accommodated for our car registration renewal.

Hoping the emission testing center could improve their system. Went there 7am for car registration. Long queuing for the emission testing. There are 2 windows for the cashier payment specified for motor and light vehicle but apparently only 1 window is open. The same window is being used to release the receipt and certificate (therefore there’s a separate line on that same window which is confusing and taking longer just for payment). Finished the emission test before 10am but the certificate and insurance took 30-45mins to be released. Lastly, there’s a designated customer’s lounge but not recommended to wait inside since you cannot hear once your name got called. Hope they will provide more speakers and/or tv monitor so the customers will not wait in front of the cashier window which adds up the queuing. Luckily, i was able to finish 30mins before lunch break. Kudos to LTO took just 5-10 mins for payment and release of the OR.
